I want to send a specification, as an attachment, to a number of
potential suppliers. How can I do it in a way that each supplier would
receive the spec as if he/she is the only recepient? I do not want the
blind copy concept. Neither do I want to do it one supplier at a time
+attachment. My ISP is AOL.
Any way?

Hi mahakali,

Good day and thanks for your question.

There a couple of software available for what you require.

PocoMail ($25, free to try)
http://www.pocomail.com/index.html
Use this software along with the add-on script
send_to_all_address_book found at
http://www.pocomail.com/reg/files/scripts/send_to_all_address_book.poc.
This script will send a message template to all the addresses in a
single address book without using BCC field - each recipient will
receive their own message, with their address appearing in the To:
field.

Bulk mailer
http://www.westheaven.com/app/whWebStyle1.asp?id=184&catid=95&pg=1&cpg=whWebStyle1.asp
According to their site, "We have provided a high quality mailer so
you no longer have to use expensive list servers for your company
newsletters and other correspondence. Our bulk mailer sends
personalized emails directly to the recipient without using bcc
values. Depending on your email server speed you can be sending one
email per second with our mailer."

I hope this answers your question. If you have any clarifications,
then please don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you for using this service and have a nice day

Warm Regards,
aditya2k
