Dear wtdoor,

You requested information about works by Primitif Bono and their
pricing.

A wonderful source for such data is artprice.com –

http://web.artprice.com/en/

A search for Primitif Bono, born 1890, lists 23 works.

Here is a sampling of results –

03 May 2002 Sommerliche Küstenpartie 38.5x55.5 Öl/Leinwand
28 Apr 2002 Paysage du sud marocain Huile/panneau
09 Oct 2001 La mer 65x92 Huile/toile
19 Jun 2001 Bou-Saâda, le soir(1934) 24x33 Huile/carton

You can view all of the results by clicking over to the artprice.com
site and searching for Primitif Bono. There is a substantial amount
of additional information about these works, including recent prices
at auction, but such information requires payment – you could purchase
a minimum of information about 20 works for $20, or you could purchase
more. The site also offers an unlimited subscription as well.

Bono is conspicuously absent from the Web. Chris Whitcombe maintains
an absolutely amazing collection of art links at –

http://witcombe.sbc.edu/ARTHLinks4.html#artists

…and although I’ve searched several of his links to artist databases
and directories, I could not locate Bono anywhere. I could also not
elicit any data about this artist from a variety of other databases,
including Proquest, Infotrac, Xrefer Plus, World Almanac and others.

I hope the information I did elicit adequately addresses your request.
Please let me know if you are in need of additional information
concerning this query.
Thanks,
ragingacademic

The only website that came up under this artist's name states that he
was born in 1890, and has no death date. Boni is know for landscapes
and portraits, and had a popular display during the Show of Paris of
1920 to 1939.
