surabayacuk,

What is the name of the store, and in what country, state, and city is
the store located? Any other information you can provide about the
store will assist Researchers in pointing you in the right direction.

Regards,

aceresearcher

According to Parmalab's web site, Parmalab is located in Canada.

"Contact Us"
Parmalab
http://www.parmalab.com/growing_contact.html

It would make a difference as to who you could contact about your
experience with the company if it is located in Canada, as opposed to
the United States.

Should the researchers find information on who you can contact in
Canada?

Hello surabayacuk,

You have quite a few options available to you should you choose to
take this route. While we can not condone the use of, or provide help
with these types of services, we can offer links to available
resources. Almost all of the sites I have listed have areas to
publicly list your complaint(s). The sites that do not, still make
their information publicly available through different mediums. Here
are a few to get you started:

1) File a complaint with the FTC. Canadian company complaints are
accepted.
    https://rn.ftc.gov/dod/wsolcq$.startup

2) Add a listing and search for similar listings with Complaints.com
    http://www.complaints.com/

3) Fraud.com handles USA/Canadian internet and telemarketing fraud.
    http://www.fraud.org/

4) The BBB does serve Canada as well. They also have online complaint
forms.
    http://www.bbb.org/bbbcomplaints/SelectComplaintLinkFrameSet.asp

5) The Complaint Station looks like an interesting site to use as
well :
    http://www.thecomplaintstation.com/

6) BadDealings allows you to send complaints via their site.
    http://www.baddealings.com/

7) This site offers posting of online complaints for free.
    http://www.complaintbook.com/

8) Online service that explains your options and offers public
complaints.
    http://www.my3cents.com/

9) Free service that allows you to post and read public complaints.
    http://www.uspeakout.com/

10) Online complaint service lets you send letters and file online
complaints.
    http://www.planetfeedback.com/

I also gathered you a few more resources relevant to your question.
Here is a site that offers a sample complaint letter :

Consumer Connection
http://strategis.ic.gc.ca/SSG/ca00745e.html

The main entry way for the site feature above can be seen here:

Complaining Effectively
http://strategis.ic.gc.ca/SSG/ca00742e.html

I hope this gives you enough resources to help with your question.
Should you need clarification, please ask before rating this answer,
as I would love to be of further assistance.

To help with this answer I searched Google for:

online complaints

Thanks for the question!

Hi,

There are a few places you can start with to publicly file a
complaint. The first is the Better Business Bureau:

http://www.bbb.org/bbbcomplaints/Welcome.asp

Or, you can have Planet Feedback write a letter that will both be sent
to the company and be shared with any other online user that to
references that company's name:

http://www.planetfeedback.com

Finally, you can email Zeal.com (which offers public ratings of online
sites) and ask them to add Parmalab.com to their directory for others
to reference in the future:

http://www.zeal.com

Good luck!
