In order to make a CD from a recorded video image program, one has to
check boxes in about 8 different screens. Is there a program that
will condense the above down to maybe 2 screens? Note: this task has
to be done on occasion by employees of a commercial bank who are
usually not computer literate.

In order to make a CD from recorded images (from a video image capture
card - program) one has to bring up about 8 different screens, and
check boxes on each screen. This task is to be carried out by
employees of a commercial bank, who are not necessaryly computer
literate. Is there a program (or other way) to make this task more
user frindly? Maybe condense above down to 1 or 2 key strokes. Thank
you. Blythe

Are they using an off-the-shelf program? If so, which one? If this is
a custom program, do you have access to the source code and/or the
programmer?

If there are no choices required, then transfer can be done
 without checking any checkboxes, automatically.

All you need is a competent programmer to customise the program and
design a suitable human interface interface.

Solution is different when the current program is Open Sourse or
proprietary.

You would have to specify that, as well as any restriction, such as
Operating System and platform (MS, Linux, mac...)
