If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can
do this with any page you view. Simply select 'File'
then 'Send' then 'Page by E-mail' from the menubar.
If you are using a different browser, certain pages
have this option as a link on their pages, others don't.
If you do a search (on Google, of course) for the terms
"email this page", the results of which are here:
you'll see that there about 2,560,000 pages returned
with this option included in the page.
Likewise the terms "send this page" produce 1,400,000
pages with this option included in the page:
The search terms "forward web pages" produced only about
124 results, most of which have to do with forwarding
pages from one webserver to another, and did not show
any sites which provide forwarding as a service:
It did produce one result which has some good advice
about forwarding in general, which is ~grandma's page:

Please do not rate this answer until you are satisfied that there
is no further information you need which can be obtained through
the "Request for Clarification" process, which allows a dialog
to be established with the researcher who answers the question.
