Hello,

From an article in Forbes magazine, in the most recent fiscal year,
2001, Harry Potter books have accounted for more than $200 million,
over 10% of its publisher, Scholastic's total sales.

The movie on the other hand by accounts of worldwideboxoffice.com is
currently ranked as the 2nd highest grossing movie of all time ranking
in at about $968.7 million dollars accounting for domestic and foreign
releases. Glad that I could help you answer these two questions and I
hope that your child's report goes well.
