I am looking for Full Text of rules (Laws and Regulations) imposed on
political and electoral campaigning using the Internet (“online
campaigns” and “freedom of online political speech” before elections),
especially in European countries, Canada and Australia (less
interested in US examples).

I'm afraid I cannot help you right now to find all of the rules in
Europe, Australia and Canada, but I suggest you'll check out this site
(and maybe also sign to their newsletter), if you're interested in
