Hello,

I have a PDF file of a demographic survey in Paso Robles that
contains information on the population characteristics, as well as
information on the number of rental units in downtown Paso Robles, and
the mean occupancy and vacancy rates. In addition, the Cal Poly San
Luis Obispo housing office conducts its own housing price survey
annually, and they have some rental prices listed for the Paso robles
area. If this is what you had in mind (i.e. an accurate, albeit
general, sense of the market, let me know and i will get you this info
and post it as an answer to send it to you ASAP.

cheers,
Pete
