There's a Rabbie Burns song "Here's a health to them that's awa'"
and a Burns poem "Here's a health to ane I loe dear"

The tune to which the first one above was written has been used for
several "Hear's a health to...." songs.

There's also an old Scots toast, to the failed Jacobite rebels that
goes, in part:

"Here's a health to them that's away,
Here's a health to them that's away,
Here's a health to them that were here shortsyne,
An, canna be here today."

There's also a traditional tongue twister toast, used by toastmasters
to prove they are still sober :)

"Here's a health to you and yours who have done such things for us and
ours; and when we and ours have it in our powers to do for you and
yours what you and yours have done for us and ours, then we and ours
will do for you and yours what you and yours have done for ours"

If any of these sound like what you are looking for let me know, and
I'll post as an answer.
