I am after a website that tells me which pharmacies are open late in
the evening / all night for medicines in central London.  I am
actually interested in the St John's Wood area of London, UK, but I
expect there is a general site.

The only permanent 24hr pharmacy seems to be

If all allse fails, the NHS run a phone service that will tell you
where your nearest one is. To find your nearest pharmacy providing
late night access, ring 020 7725 3333.
