Hello royassociates,

I have searched for this literature over several days - there are many
bibliography references on the web and in newsgroups to same, but the
actual material itself unfortunately could not be found for free,
online.

However, I did contact the author and received a reply. Dr Kilmann
himself no longer archives this 1975 documentation, but he informed me
that "...Psychological Reports is
published in Missoula Montana by the University of Montana...to the
best of my
knowledge..."

They may be contacted directly:

University of Montana Dept. of Psychology, Faculty Listing:
http://www.umt.edu/psych/Facstaff.htm

I have also been in contact with the documentation department of
Arizona State University. See:

Arizona State University: Contact Us:
http://www.asu.edu/contactasu/

Their reply to my request for the literature was as follows:

<Quote from email>

We do own the volume for 1975 of this journal. The procedure to
request materials from the ASU Libraries requires that you contact the
Interlibrary Loan department of your local library. They will make the
formal request from ASU for you.

Subject: Searching for literature

Dear Sirs,

I am searching for a copy of the following literature:

Kilmann, R.H. & Thomas, K.W.
"Interpersonal conflict-handling behavior as reflections of Jungian
personality dimensions"
Psychological Reports 1975, 37, pp971-980

I am wondering if photocopies could be purchased via land mail, should
your libraries possibly have such documentation.

Thank you for your time,

I had emailed Dr. Kilmann before gan-ga posted her answer. He kindly
responded this morning with the following, which might be of
assistance:

Hi Eric,

One possibility is to contact my co-author, Ken Thomas, at the Naval
Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. He may have additional
reprints.
Mine are gone.

Best wishes,
Ralph Kilmann
