you're right, this list would not be specific enough to meet my needs.
as a graphic designer, i am looking for grants for artists and small
business grants that i can apply for that i can work on full time..web
design, print design, packaging design are valid projects.

to answer the question: provide a list of all federal grants regarding
graphic design, web development and fine arts, this list should also
include the state and private grants in arizona and oregon.
