When trying to log into data warehouse, there is an error that is
displayed in MS access 2000 that reads as follows:
"OBDC-call failed, [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/6000]SQL000W0 Statement
processing was successful, (#0). What would cause this message and how
would I resolve the problem that created it?

I think you mean ODBC, and if you search Google with 
"OBDC-call failed"
you get such pages as
