Hello there, hellothere! (I just couldn't resist.)
I have found a source for this information. It would be helpful if
you can read some German, but even if not, I think you'll find what
you need.
HBV Expertise (a part of HypoVereinsbank) has produced a report in
English that includes the top rents per square meter for office space
in five cities -- Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, and
Stuttgart -- for each year from 1990 to 2001.
"Office Market Germany - City Comments: Berlin, Dusseldorf,
Frankfurt/M., Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart -(As Per April 2002)"
This company has also produced a number of reports on the office,
residential, and other property markets in several German cities, with
statistics for the years 1998 to 2001. There are English pages from
which you can obtain the reports, as well as English press releases
describing the office market reports.

The reports themselves are in German. For the office market reports,
the relevant page is called "Mietniveau" (rent level), with a chart of
prices for "Spitzenmiete" (top rent) and "Mieten in guten Lagen"
(rents in good locations). The residential reports contain charts on
"Mietpreise (Erstvermietung)" (rent prices - initial rental),
"Kaufpreise Eigentumswohnungen [or ETW] (Erstverkauf)/(Wiederverkauf)"
(sale prices condominiums (initial sale / resale)), and "Kaufpreise
Eigneheime / Einfamilienhäuser (Erstverkauf)" (sale prices homes /
single-family houses (initial sale)). The prices are for properties
described "sehr gut", "gut", "mittel", and "einfach" (very good, good,
mid-range, and basic).
If you need to translate other words, you can try an online
dictionary, or an online translator. You might want to compare them
to see which work best for you.
