Online dog training programs are scarce; however I was able to locate
one institution that fulfills your requirements on delivering their
courses online, however on completion you must attend a 6-day workshop
to satisfy the practical course requirements for certification by the
Association of Canine Behavior Counselors. These workshops are
available in major cities nationwide. Another dog obedience/trainer
program that is available allows you to train at home and take online
examinations. In addition, I have also included two online dog
training programs that are not certified but may interest you as well.
