I call London from my Sprint PCS cellphone.  It costs $10/month and
then $0.13 per minute on top of my regular minutes usage.  Did I
understand your question?

Hi,
One major category of company will be software services companies. The
people who supports software systems normally have cell phones to
receive/make international calls to the users/other support groups on
that country to solve production problems.
