I need recent data on breast cancer, prostate cancer, and lung cancer.
 For each disease, I would like the following answered along with
sources.
1.	What is the annual incidence of each type of cancer (total # of US
cases/year)?
2.	What is the estimated annual US market for drugs treating the
indication?
3.	At what rate is the market growing/shrinking?  
4.	An approximate range for the annual cost ($/patient/year) of
treating the disease (I realize that there will be substantial
variance here).
5.	What are the top 5 drugs used to treat each indication and were the
most recent annual sales?
