Any number of list brokers can probably help you. Most don’t offer
many details about their lists online, and the audience you want is
very sharply targeted, too sharp for most mailing lists. However, I’ve
found a few specific marketing contacts that seem to offer lists
suited for your needs, and one that seems to have a list tailor-made
for you.

Company also has a list of people with existing home-based businesses,
a group always looking for another moneymaking angle – "The AAA Home
Based Businesses File contains more than 1,000,000 entrepreneurs with
licensed businesses located at their residential address. … The
available selections include specific category (SIC), geography,
telephone numbers, fax numbers, owner's name and gender, sales revenue
and year started."

These guys claim to have 30,000 lists, with people seeking business
opportunities, and "hundreds of consumer lifestyles." What I like
about this company is that they want you to call and tell them who
your perfect customer is, and they’ll send you lists – and they let
you review the lists before you buy. That’s important, at least to me.

Standard Rate and Data Services ( http://www.srds.com ) is the
Cadillac of list brokerage, at a Cadillac price. For $578 a year, you
get access to a lot of lists. This is the company that does market
research for list brokers. I don’t know if you’re willing to pay that
kind of juice, but most of the sites I refer to in this answer are
part of this system.
