This question is about using mailto-forms in e-mail messages.
I'm investigating the possibility to offer a userfriendly service
where you can send predefined e-mail commands via a mailto form with
only one click.
This works fine, the only problem is that Outlook sees mailto-forms in
e-mail messages as a security-risk and offers the user some
warning-messages.
Is there a way to offer this service without those warning-messages.
By using certificates?

Hello,
which sort of 'predefined e-mail commands' are you referring to?

Hello,

I mean using a form in an email message, that, by using it, sends a
predefined e-mail message.
Something like:
<FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="mailto:email address">

<INPUT NAME="query" TYPE="text"> [to let the user do some sort of
query and send the results to the user by email]
or
<INPUT NAME"="get" VALUE="certain document" TYPE="hidden"> [to send a
specific document to the user by email]

You could also use a mailto-link.
For example: mailto:e-mail address?subject=get document x

But the last example is not a one click solution. What I want offer is
a one click solution in an email message so that the user can ask for
a specific document or do a certain query.

Does this clarify my question?

Thanks in advance.

Ted

It sounds like you should avoid mailto: altogether and use a
server-side CGI script. Perhaps you could pass parameters to the
server by using JavaScript to construct an HTTP string.
