H.R. 1501 was approved in different versions by the House and Senate, but the House and Senate never passed identical versions to send to the President. All information on this bill, include the bill status, can be found from this page: "Bill Summary & Status for the 106th Congress: H.R.1501" Thomas http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d106:HR01501:|/bss/d106query.html| The final action on the bill was taken on 4/11/2000. You can review the entire procedural history here: "Bill Summary & Status for the 106th Congress: H.R.1501" [Bill Status with Amendments] Thomas http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d106:HR01501:@@@S|/bss/d106query.html| - justaskscott-ga P.S.: While tar_heel_v-ga interpreted your question to refer to amendments to H.R. 1501, I'm pretty sure that you meant that H.R. 1501 was the amendment to The Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 that you are interested in. If my interpretation is incorrect, please let me know. Search strategy: On Thomas: searched on the Bill Summary & Status page for the 106th Congress (1999-2000) for Bill/Amendment No.: H.R. 1501 |
