I called British American Publishing at the number indicated on its
not-yet-completed web site:

British American Publishing
http://www.bapublish.com/

I was informed that the person to address a query letter for
submissions is:

Dianne Henk
British American Publishing
4 British American Blvd
Latham, NY 12110

You should be able to get any other information you need by contacting
British American at the phone number or e-mail address on its web
site.

Yes, I got an actual human, and I gave you the information that she
told me. I wish that you had waited to rate my answer until you had
received this clarification, but in any event, I can assure you that
my answer is correct.

Specifically, I called between the time that you posted the question
and the time that I answered it. If you feel that you need to check
on the accuracy of my answer, you might try calling at that time. If
the woman is not in, presumably her voice mail will come on as you
said. Perhaps she is not good at returning calls, or perhaps she had
a reason why she could not return your call (an illness, or something
like that). She told me it was a small operation, so it may mean that
she has a lot of work. Maybe I was just lucky enough to catch her by
the phone; maybe you will be lucky the next time too.

I called that number also and got the voice mail of that woman also as
you did but did you ever get a human?

Normally the process at Google Answers according to the guidelines is
to "request clarification" if you are not sure of the answer before
rating the answer. The researchers are very conscious of ratings as a
measure of their effectiveness. If you wish to post a clarification
request at this time or a comment, we'll all try to be sure you are
fully satisfied with the information provided which appears to be
correct as answered by justaskscott.

We want you to be satisfied and to return as a repeat customer.

Dear Justaskscott in Georgia-
I was not trying to deprecate your efforts nor rush you, but because
the rating request was at the top of the page, I thought that I must
"rate" before going any further. If the process would allow it, I
would have elevated the star number. I am sorry; I guess I just
wasn't very excited about the results of your efforts but that is not
to say that you didn't do your best (or the best that could be done).
Thanks,
Lulu222
