Lulu222: Normally the process at Google Answers according to the guidelines is to "request clarification" if you are not sure of the answer before rating the answer. The researchers are very conscious of ratings as a measure of their effectiveness. If you wish to post a clarification request at this time or a comment, we'll all try to be sure you are fully satisfied with the information provided which appears to be correct as answered by justaskscott. We want you to be satisfied and to return as a repeat customer. seedy |

Dear Justaskscott in Georgia- I was not trying to deprecate your efforts nor rush you, but because the rating request was at the top of the page, I thought that I must "rate" before going any further. If the process would allow it, I would have elevated the star number. I am sorry; I guess I just wasn't very excited about the results of your efforts but that is not to say that you didn't do your best (or the best that could be done). Thanks, Lulu222 |
