I was told from a solar company via the phone (800-919-2400) that
there is a
device that you can set on the floor (i live in a mobile home) that
would absorb
the energy from a neighbor who has a surround sound unit.  Now, they
say they don't know of such a device.  Do you know of any?  The
surround sound produces a
constant vibration/bass type noise all night long.  I am familiar with
sound
reduction materials etc.
