can you get the name and phone number of the salvage companies that bestbuy and circuit city use to liquidate their returns and overstocks? i am looking for the primary liquidator , not a third party liquidator. for instance i know that i can buy from salvagecloseouts.com, i want to know if they are the original liquidators or if they bought the truckload from another liquidator. |

Marshriv -- The major electronic retailers send returns back to manufacturers, which can remanufacture or refurbish them. Sales of these used or "B" goods are tightly controlled by the manufacturer. Because they are major outlets, they also have inventory return privileges as part of "inventory protection" clauses in their contracts. Manufacturers and retailers are increasingly managing inventory to a minimum level by using computerized systems. Best regards, Omnivorous-GA |
