Hi vingram-ga,

That's a pretty tough search. Are you looking for any specific career
fields such as nursing, engineering, etc.?

It is a tough question. I don't really care what the industry is, but
I would prefer US based companies and companies that are at the
Fortune 500 status.

Hello vingram-ga,

I found a lot of information about the use of corporate staffing sites
but I repeatedly kept running into two reports that are consistently
quoted by most of the freelancers, magazines and pundits writing about
this topic.

Recruitsoft ( http://www.recruitsoft.com/ )and it’s research arm
iLogos Research ( http://www.ilogos.com/ ) developed a set of best
practices for corporate Web site recruiting which is widely used by
people reporting on corporate recruiting sites. The report is
available for a fee from iLogos but parts of it are frequently quoted
and I’ve located a site with the list of 20 best practices for you to
review.

iLogos Research Announces Top Two Fortune 500 Corporate Career Web
Sites
San Francisco, Ca., February 7, 2001– iLogos Research, a division of
Recruitsoft … announced today that its benchmark study of the Best
Practices for Fortune 500 Career Website Recruiting has identified the
top two Fortune 500 companies utilizing the Best Practices.
See Table listing the 20 best practices
The conclusion of the report is that The Best Practices focus on
optimal functions that:
-- attract traffic to the corporate career Web site,
-- convince potential candidates of the company’s status as an
employer of choice, and -- capture and process the candidate’s
information in a streamlined process that benefits both candidate and
corporate recruiter.

These best practices were cited by the surveys I found that rated
corporate recruiting Web sites.

September 2002 - Designing Corporate Staffing Sites: Customer
Experience
By Gerry Crispin & Mark Mehler
After examining the web-site staffing pages for each company on
Fortune magazine's 500 "list", we concluded that the promise of
internet recruiting for the job seeker is still more smoke and mirrors
than reality. The jobseeker's "experience" of the recruiting process
on the digital plane is far from satisfying.
