Since the phrase "is it really love" is part of the lyrics of "How
Will I Know," could this possibly be the same song, with a different
title?

I have the actual recording, and the lyrics are very different from
the Whitney Houston tune. The refrain is something like:

All my life I've been looking for a love
And your the one that I'm dreaming of
