 ok. i saw this picture before, but i have no idea where. i went to
where this picture is sourced and couldnt get any info from it other
than the boy is from myanmar.

i remember that the guy behind the guy with the cigar is cigarsmoker's
brother. these two brothers are responsible for killing a ton of
people. theyre leaders of some sort. i think they have visions or
something like that.

my question is: what are their names and are they still alive and out
there masterminding bloodbaths or are they both dead?
