Thank you for the information on Mr. Bradford H. Warner. However, he
is too far up the chain of command. I need to get closer to the actual
company division in question. It often is difficult to ascertain the
managers of divisions within large corporations.

Who is the chief executive at Fleet Credit Card Services who, I
assume, would
be reporting to the Vice Chairman of Consumer Financial Services?

Patrick J. Coll replaced Joseph Sanders as Chairman and CEO of Fleet
Credit Card Services in November of 2001.
