I am in search of a CD entitled "Shadow Lounge 1st Anniversary Mix". 
It is from a club in South Beach called Shadow Lounge and it is a
continuous trance/techno mix.  I wish to find a copy for sale online.

I could not locate the item for sale on the Internet but I found
contact information for the club at
http://www.southbeach-usa.com/clubs/clubslist/shadow.htm.  You might
just call there and see if they sell the CD onsite.  Good luck.

Good idea.  Oddly enough, though, the number has been disconnected. 
BTW, the club is now called Liquid.  Looked up their number online,
but it was the same as the one listed at your link.
