Do you have a copy of one of these phone cards? What is the picture on
the front of it? What is the cost per minute on the card?

In my understanding, a PIN number is a Personal Identification Number
and is probably well-protected.  If you are receiving harassing or
unsolicited phone contact from someone and this is your impetus for
asking the question, I urge you to contact legal authorities with this
information as they may be able to access a database of this nature to
find the culprit.
