Find a web site where I can view and compare the total debt figures in
dollars, of various towns and cities in the state of Utah.  I don't
mean the debt of the people living in the city, I mean the total debt
owed by the city or town.

Financial statements for local governments in Utah are available at
the Web site of the state auditor's office
(http://www.sao.state.ut.us/reports/lgfs.htm).
