Hi intheknow, After doing an extensive research for this particular font, the closest one resembling the "Prada" logo is the 'Monotype Engraver'. Like most companies, signatures are unique, and probably use different fonts for different letters to achieve their uniqueness. The Engraver can be seen here: - Identifont - http://www.identifont.com/show?3PG Notice all the letters are the same as the Prada font except for the letter "A". This was most likely done to achieve the individuality Prada desires. You will be able to find other fonts in the same family, which contain a closer resemblance to the "A", but the other letters are not as similiar as those found in the Engraver. The Engraver comes from the family 'Agfa-Monotype'. Over 1700 different fonts of this family can be found at: - My Fonts - http://www.myfonts.com/BrowseBy?idtype=foundry&id=2&itemsperpage=100&resultcount=1780 The Monotype Engraver can be purchased for $22.00 at the following site: - Fonts.Com - http://www.fonts.com/findfonts/detail.asp?pid=205296 Other sites of interest: - Indentifont - "Agfa-Monotype" http://www.identifont.com/show?39V+0 - Font Magic - http://www.fontmagic.com - My Fonts.Com - http://www.myfonts.com/ - Fonts & Things - http://www.fontsnthings.com/ - 1001 Fonts - http://www.1001fonts.com/ Keywords used: fonts identifier fonts identify logo I hope this has been helpful. Best regards, rainbow~ |
