leading and most suitable  NON-TRADITIONAL  “retail mortgage finance
companies”  of  United States of America which provide
international(including Europe  and South America)  OR  global 
RESIDENTIAL  mortgage loans for “investment”.  Those retail mortgage
finance companies should be able to provide to me  “100%  OR  greater
than 100%  individual  first mortgage loans”  for purchase of
residential resort  property  in Europe(Portugal) and  South
America(Mexico and  Uruguay)  for  ‘investment’  with the following
conditions;  1) No points  2)  No application fees  3)  No closing
cost.  Those retail mortgage finance companies should be able to
provide to  me minimum  mortgage loan of  US$ 100,000   so that I
should be able to ‘apply’ to those mortgage companies for my above
mentioned purpose and those  mortgage companies  should ‘accept’ my 
mortgage loan application  for  investment in the above mentioned
countries.   Please also note that  I
am resident of  ‘Pakistan’ and I shall apply from Pakistan to those
international mortgage companies for that mentioned loan purpose. Many
