Question ID: 109163
I have recently inherited the maintenance of a small
site that has an Alcatel OmniAccess 512 Switch / Router.

I am not very familiar with this device but have a need
to reconfigure it.

The OmniAccess 512 was installed with a T1/E1 card
and was being used as an internet gateway. The
link was configured as a 'Frame-Relay' link. The
link has now been replaced with a full T1 point to
point link.

We have an internal network with private IPs but no
ability to issue public IPs on the same network.

Our ISP has allocated us a new /25 network and want
the configuration to show this.

What I would like to do is :

1. Configure the T1/E1 card for full T1 service.
2. Change the IP Addresses.
3. Retain the internal IP addresses for our internal
   network.
4. Have the ability to issue Public IPs to the clients
who need them on our network. (Same lan segment)

Below is an example of our current config (Dump file),
also here is an example of our new IP Numbers.

New IP Network Addresses : 221.123.143.0 - 221.123.143.127
