I am looking for a cell phone plan with unlimited anytime minutes.  I
don't need long distance, but unlimited local incoming and outgoing.

I also need hardware for this plan.  The cell phone needs to have
voice dialing capability.  Since I need to dial when I am driving, the
more voice dialing stuff a phone has the better.  I heard that there
was a AT&T compatible phone that would even let you dial digits with
your voice (like a calling card PIN).  It would be great to have one
with a phone book that you could browse by having the phone read names
to you and selecting one of then via voice.  Maybe you could even
narrow down your search by giving it letters via your voice.

you are in your 'zone' and includes the following:

The UnPlan also allows you to add minutes in 200 and 500 block
increments if you need to travel outside your zone. You can find out

zip code is offered by Nextel.  It is called Nextel National Unlimited
Plan.  According to the Nextel online store, this plan provides

There are several phones available from Nextel, but the i88s is the
only one that offers voice-activated dialing.  According to the web
