I have a pretty good looking site at http://cableorganizer.com.
However, my html is rather sloppy. I need to find someone who is an
expert on cleaning up HTML.

I need only one page optimized (the template Main.dwt file). Several
things must be fixed:

1) It should be validated to HTML standards as much as possible. Some
problems (such as margins) can not be fixed, however
2) It should be tidied as much as possible. Move fonts and styles out
to the .css sheet, remove unnecessary tags, etc.
3) Remove any unnecessary tables.
4) In the source code, I need the body of the page to appear before
the links on the left side. This is strictly for search engine
optimization. It should not affect the rendered appearance of the
page at all.
5) Ideally, the page would not rely on the spacer.gif file for
spacing.
6) Optimize the .css file so that it is compact, and easy to read.
7) Fix the .css file so that the upper horizontal nav bar cells match
the text sizes. In other words, the cell size for "military" should
be smaller than the one for "home theater"
8) Line up the top horizontal nav bar to begin positionally right
after the left column below.
9) Fix the .css style sheet to have both bold and non-bold hyperlinks
10) Anything else to clean up the file.

1) I am looking for the name of three experts who are willing and I
can contact to do this for me.

2) Or, if you are the expert yourself, I'd like a quote to do the
work. However, your quote will not qualify as a valid answer. Please
post all quotes in the comments section; not the answer section.

You may want to consider the services of a site such as
NetMechanic.com, which is reasonably priced, and costs
less than the services of a personal html guru.

I ran your page through the site, and it came up 5 stars
except in the following areas:

HTML - 3 stars:
http://results.netmechanic.com/aps1/toolbox/html_repair/report_display.cgi?f=327/0123/57-07173&p=1&vi=0&fp=1&fv=5&s=NetMechanic

Browser Compatability - 3 stars:
http://results.netmechanic.com/aps1/toolbox/compat.cgi?f=327/0123/57-07173&p=1&vi=0&fp=1&fv=5&s=NetMechanic

Load time - 2 stars:
http://results.netmechanic.com/aps1/toolbox/load_time.cgi?f=327/0123/57-07173&p=1&vi=0&fp=1&fv=5&s=NetMechanic

Hopefully, the above links won't expire when I leave the site.

If you think this sort of service might satisfy your needs,
let me know, and I'll post more information on this site.

None of the services you mentioned do any of these things for me.
They point out the problems only. In fact, I already went to each of
those sites before posting this question.

The reason I posted the need for an expert is precisely because the
sites you mentioned pointed out the problems and I don't know how to
fix them.

Unfortunately, you posted your comments under the "Answer Section" and
not the comments sections. Please remove your post or answert the
question effectively. I am looking for:

1) I am looking for the name of three experts who are willing and I
can contact to do this for me.

2) Or, if you are the expert yourself, I'd like a quote to do the
work. However, your quote will not qualify as a valid answer. Please
post all quotes in the comments section; not the answer section.

My post was in the clarification section, which I used because
your response to a clarification triggers an email to me, whereas
if I post a comment, this does not occur. It does not constitute
an answer, nor will it discourage others from answering the
question. It may also help if you are aware that qualified
researchers cannot post their email addresses, as Trevor did.
I will not be able to assist you further with this project.
