I'm looking for software that can be used to apply ICC color profiles
to a group of files in batch mode. I have used Monaco EZColor to
create input profiles. I know how to assign color profiles to images
manually in Photoshop or to do it from Monaco ColorWorks, but I'm
looking for a tool that will enable me to assign a given color profile
to all the files in a given directory in batch mode.

hi,
.I believe "CobraMatch Edit" (by Barco) is what you need. As I am not
100% certain I am posting my response firstly as a "clarification",
before i submit it as an answer.
.
"The "CobraMatch Edit" software is a color-correction and
image-enhancement application that allows the user to view and edit
images via attached ICC profiles without affecting the raw image data.
With CobraMatch Edit, users can perform various color separation and
tonal curve corrections, as well as global and local color corrections
in a device-dependent color space. CobraMatch Edit also contains a
powerful batch-processing feature for high-volume image processing."

It might be, but I'm not actually able to find anything conclusive
about this. It seems like it might be an old product. Barco doesn't
have anything about it on their web site. In any case, doing a web
search on Barco ColorMatch turned up a number of other potentially
useful links.

Right now, my pending solution is to use LEAD Tools and write
something myself -- it should be very easy since all the hard parts
are done automatically by the library. However, LEAD Tools is very
expensiev ($3500 per developer, $150 per runtime system that is
deployed with it) and does a whole lot more than I need. I was hoping
to find something a little more specialized and less expensive. I'll
call Monaco Systems on Monday and see if they can offer any
suggestions.
