Hi there!

Is there a particular state you have in mind? Requirements vary from
state to state, and sometimes from district to district. While a
Researcher might be able to find the number of school districts
nationwide that recruited teachers from abroad, laying out the
requirements for such recruitment could be quite tricky.

Also, you may want to consider posting the the second portion of your
query (contact information for "top 200" districts) as a separate
question. It would require a considerable amount of time, and you're
likely to get better results if more than one Researcher is working to
find information for you.

Hi Missy I do not have a particular state in mind. I am looking for
broad policy guidelines that govern such recruitment. While i agree
specific recruitment policy for all K12 school districts might be a
big task, the researcher could look at a few of the top districts
recruiting foriegn teachers and compile their recruitment guidelines.
My objective is to understand the trends driving teacher recruitment
and opportunities that might exist to server this market. I am posting
the contact information for top 200 school districts as a seperate
question as advised by you.
