Dear sir,

For us to make an analysis in order to give you an accurate answer,
you need to provide us more information by answering these question:
1) Could you tell us if you have deleted something from your computer
before this happened?
2) Did you try to uninstall something by deleting some files or
directories before this happened?
3) Did you open an attachment from a recent email you received before
this happened?
4) Can you tell us the operating system that you are currently using?
Is it Windows (kindly specify the version) or Mac (kindly specify the
version)?

I think that a program was deleated but not all the way. This only
happens when powering up. Once I say OK, it dose not come back until I
power up again. I am useing Windows 98.I have looked at the config
file and find nothing tht refers to Cent.exe file.

Hi,

Go to System Information and in the Tools menu go to System files
editor. Check what is there in the Startup and uncheck the line that
is calling for the file. The problem will cease.

Thanks for the info sir. The problem is caused by the deletion of a
program. To properly remove a program it is best to uninstall it.
There are 2 ways to solve this error:

1.) Re-install the deleted program, follow the instructions carefully
and properly uninstall it from the A)“Add/Remove Programs” window or
B) by clicking the program’s uninstall icon.

A) Using the Add/Remove Programs Icon

   - Go to “Start”, “Settings”, then “Control Panel” and left-click on
the “Add/Remove Programs” icon.

   - Find the program you need to remove and press “Add/Remove…” A
confirmation box will probably appear. Read and follow the instruction
to remove the program. You may need to restart afterwards.

B) Using the program’s Uninstall Icon

   - Find the program you want to uninstall by clicking the “Start”
button, then “Programs” and then find the program you want to
uninstall. You should be able to find an uninstall icon there (Ex:
Uninstall MS Games). You will be asked for confirmation to remove the
program. Read and follow the instructions. You may need to restart
afterwards.

If there’s no uninstall icon for the program, simply do step A.

I hope this works. If you have any more clarifications, please post it
here and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you.
