Please define "juxtaposed phrase."  Are you refering to antithethetical phrases?

Do you mean oxymorons, as indicated below, such as:
friendly fire

Or do you mean something said in error, such as:
You really hit the head on the nail (instead of "nail on the head")
 and
Go grab the horns by the bull (instead of "bull by the horns")

Or perhaps you mean mixed metaphors, such as "I've got a tiger by the
horns" or "opening a Pandora's box of worms"?
