Is there such a thing as a kit to make a surfboard for a beginner (at
making surfboards) under $150 that can be shipped to the US.  The kit
should include the fiberglass, blank, and instructions.

Unfortunately I have been unable to find a complete kit for under
$150. In fact most kits are closer to $599 and up.
