Which version of Windows do you have? Do you have a web page set up
as the background image of your desktop?

This is probably caused by one of the programs being loaded on Windows
startup.
Try removing the programs one by one until the problem stops.

The following Microsoft KnowledgeBase Article provides information on
how to do this :
MSKB Article 270035 : How to Modify the List of Programs that Run
When You Start Windows

Alternatively, you can use any one of the free programs mentioned in
the following article, to enable and disable the list of programs that
run on Windows 2000 startup.

 - MSConfig Startup for Windows 2000 users by Dennis Faas
  ( www.infopackets.com/freenewsarticles/msconfig+startup+windows+2000.htm
)

 - Index Of Windows Startup programs

The idea is to disable one program, then restart windows to see if you
still get the error message. If you still get the error, then enable
the program again and disable the next one.Continue till the error
dissapears. You would have found your culprit.

Please try and tell me if this approach worked or not.
If you need any clarifications, just ask!

Shortly:

The error you describe is an Internet Explorer script debug error. I
get them all the time, and I find them to be really annoying.
Afterall, why would the reader of a webpage want to debug its broken
scripts?

Taking care of this is a simple matter. Just open up Internet
Explorer, click on Tools, then Internet Options. On the Advanced tab,
there is an item about script debugging. For more, look here:

has more information.

Hi,

Are you using McAfee anti-virus? If so, uninstall and reinstall it.
