I've recently picked up a new second monitor for my win XP desktop,
and I'm wondering if there is any way I can enable Cleartype on one
monitor and not the other.

My primary monitor is a 19" CRT and I use it for photoshop work and
coding, and the second monitor is a 15" LCD flat panel that I'd like
to use for reading email and documents. I really like the way
cleartype looks on the LCD, but it looks horrible on the CRT.

There is no answer at this time.

I'm afraid to say that there is no way to do this. Font smoothing must
be system-wide:
