On TV I once saw Beck being interviewed by a computer(which was
offscreen). The computer sounded like the voice on 'Fitter, Happier'
from Radiohead's 'OK Computer'. I saw the interview for about ten
minutes; it was in black-and-white and focused only on Beck.

I remember it because one of Beck's answers was so cheeky, it made the
computer hesitate before asking the next question.

The interview was done to promote his album 'Mutations'.

Where can I find the complete interview on the internet?

Are you looking for the complete transcript of the interview or the
complete video of it on the internet?

Hello Markabe.

Beck's complete interview with the computer-generated voice is
available on the web site of Rollingstone.com.
http://www.rollingstone.com/videos/playvideo.asp?sid=259868&cf=22

You can view the interview using the Windows Media Player.

I downloaded and watched the entire interview. I can confirm that the
video on RollingStone.com is the complete interview. It runs a little
about 9 minutes.

search strategy: "beck videos"

I hope this helps.

Well your strategy seemed painfully obvious, but I've posted this
question before and nobody could find it. Well done juggler!

Finally I know what he was saying (it was at 6:42).

A description of it from a newsgroup thread:

"It's an interview, which lasts 8:50. All in black & white. Beck sits
in a
chair, and says things about the record, etc. The questions are asked
by a
computer-generated voice. Sounds like a Speak & Spell. Various MTV
edits and jump cuts, as he speaks. ... there's some brief clips ... of
beck in japan taken by charlie gross..."

And this tape trader person had it listed on his page (which
apparently was last updated last year):
