These search results are so out of date as l have looked at the Cached
and the clock at the base is 900 hits out of date.
Also much of the information has changed.
YOU are the best search eng going and l use your  tool bar as my home
page but this info is way out

  Good day and thanks for your question.

  Google updates its index once in a month or so, and not everyday.
The only site whose listing on Google is changed everyday are sites
which change everyday. These sites are mostly news sites.

From the Google Webmaster FAQ

" When you update information on your site it does not automatically
update instantly in Google's index. Rather, Google's index is updated
approximately once a month after our robots have crawled more than 3
billion web pages. This process is totally automated, so updated or
outdated link submissions are not necessary. Changes to your site's
content will be noted by the next crawl. Due to the volume of sites in
our index, we cannot manually update pages on an individual basis. "

This being said, the cache of your site will automatically be changed
during the next update of the index.

Just to add to the answer, you may wonder how to find out which sites
are updated everyday in the Google index. Take a look at CNN's listing

Notice the date there (17 Nov 2002). If a date is present, then that
particular site is marked for daily updation in the index.
