Your request was certainly a challenge! I had to check over 20
different Japan bookstore sites to find a place where the item was in
stock, the order could be placed online, and they would be willing to
ship to Japan. The order for the book could be placed from here:

But as you would soon discover, you would have to wade through a
series of Japanese-only pages to place your order, and would also have
to be able to enter your address and other information in Kanji.
However, after discussing with a person from the store, it seems to be
possible for you to place your order directly in an email to
info@bookservice.co.jp Since they have very limited knowledge of
English, I have prepared a template for you to send to them at the
bottom of this answer. It includes the following message written in
Romanized Japanese:
"To Whom It May Concern: I would like to buy this book. I cannot
understand Japanese, so if there is a problem or issue with this
order, please reply in English or Romanized Japanese (Japanese written
with English letters, not Japanese kanji). I apologize for the
inconvenience and humbly ask for your support."
If they should reply in Japanese, you may paste the result as a
clarification and I will do what I can to translate and formulate a
response for you.
