How much does it cost to get a Liquor License to open a bar in New
York City? I have read through the entire New York State Liquor
Authority site at http://abc.state.ny.us/index.html and I understand the process.

However my understanding is that there are a limited number of
licenses out there, and that you need to buy one from someone else
that has one. I am curious to know what they typically sell for, and
where to look to find a seller.

I have also seen two License brokers, http://www.amlex.com/?aws and
http://www.liquorlicense.com/index.htm but they don't cover New York.
