Who will tell me each month who has moved into the city of Lewisville North Carolina?

One thing to check into would be buying a mailing
list from the local telephone service company.

They usually have a list you can buy on a monthly
basis that lists addresses, etc. of people who've
got new telephone service.  This would probably be
the most complete way to track new residents.

Verizon appears to be the main telephone service
copany in North Carolina; a contact number for them:

1-800-483-5000 (8:30am-5:00pm M-F)

This is getting into diminishing returns, but
you might try the local newspapers as well and
see if they will sell you a mailing list of
recent subscribers on a monthly basis.

And the county real estate title offices. They will show who bought
houses in the area.
