Clues: Perhaps you could add J.J. Kavelaars to the "local celebrities" page. From what I've read, he's a well-respected scientist who has made several important discoveries. Does anyone out there remember "Bob-the-Lob" from the 1986 GDHS Prom? http://www.underfoot.com/glencoe/glencoe_guestbook.htm JJ Kavelaars received his Ph.D. from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario in December of 1997. www.rasc.ca/nl/reg200006public.pdf (although another page indicated it was 1998) -sparky4ca-ga |
