Symantec hanndles technical support through their customer service
department accessible at the following number:

1-800-441-7234

You must cycle through their automated menus initially, but will be
given the option to talk to a a technical support representative who
may assist you. They say they offer technical support for the
installation and use of their products.

Additionally, you may want to try third-party technical support firms
that can assist you over the phone for a fee. Below are listed
several:

Ask Dr. Tech ($89/year or about $8/month):

My PC Helpline ($16-$20 a month, depending on term):

Lastly, another antivirus company, F-Secure has a free DOS-based
antiviral utility that may clean your system where Norton cannot.
It's free, so it's worth a show. Additionally, they routinely put out
a number of standalone utilities to fix specific virus attacks.

Also, if you would like additional assistance locating third-party
technical support companies or would like help finding technicians
close to your home/office who can come to your location to help you,
please let me know!

I hope you're able to solve your virus problem.
