If you search on Medline for those two subjects, limiting them to
epidemiological studies, you get a total of 28,044 articles that might
be relevant. You need to narrow down your question to something more
precise.

Did you have a specific problem in mind? Are you looking for the
statistics in men or in women, the causes, prevention, the treatments,
the recovery period...
If you could narrow the question a little, we might be able to give
you an answer that would help. What you've asked for is a textbook -
or several :-)

This is indeed a broad question. As an internal medicine physician, I
frequently use the American College of Cardiology guidelines. You can
look up their guidelines for myocardial infarction and their
